Dr. Gauri Madaan was amazing with my daughter.She comforted my daughter and reassured her that she wouldn’t feel any pain. It is hard to find a dentist to work with children and we hit the jackpot pot with Dr. G.M .The women in the office were welcoming and kind. I can’t thank Dentists of Santa Clara enough for their kindness and professionalism. I came in with a deeply infected root canal that was done by another doctor — I couldn’t sleep, eat, or even open my mouth from the pain. As a college student with no dental coverage, I was extremely worried about the cost. They immediately scheduled a free consultation and X-rays, listened to my situation, and worked out an affordable treatment plan that fit my student budget. The dentist prescribed antibiotics right away to help with the swelling and made sure I was treated as soon as I called about my emergency. Everyone on the team made me feel safe, cared for, and comfortable — they constantly checked in during the procedure and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. I left not only pain-free but with so much gratitude for finding a team that truly puts patients first. If you’re a student or someone nervous about dental visits, I 100% recommend Dentists of Santa Clara — they go above and beyond for their patients!
