Exceptional service all around, so glad I found this new dental office! A bit far but worth the drive! From the time i walked in I was greeted by the front desk rep, Kelly was super sweet & kind...almost felt at home as she offered water, tea or coffee. Of course I took it go! Klivert & Laura the assistants took me to the room to take x-rays. I was surprised with the 2 assistants. Laura was assisting Klivert as it was his 1st day! (Always ask for people's names whether they treat you good or not) They were kind, gentle and very informative step by step, although it was x-rays and a cleaning, they had very high quality end machinery! Actually I left very impressed with all there high tech quality machinery! Thankfully I have no dental issues, not even a cavity 😁 all I can say brush and floss and your visits will be as smooth as mines! See you in 6months...

From check-in to final check out all of it was a great experience. I went in fist time for a root canal last week and almost no pain afterwards. Before the procedure Kelli explained the whole procedure and the billing in great detail. Went in and done with no hiccups. Today went in for the crown and Dr Sawaf was very pleasant thorough. The tech specialist Laura was so helpful, funny and kind! I actually had a great time during the procedures. Thanks Dentists of Santa Clara for taking care of this patient. Regards
